TWO North Devon women with more than 25 years experience in the local housing market have opened a new Estate Agents.
Belinda Darvill, 46, from Bratton Fleming and Rachael Wilson, 38, from Barnstaple opened their new business on Monday, July 12.
Darvill Wilson, based in Barnstaple’s Boutport Street will be selling and renting both residential and commercial properties.
Belinda said: “The market has proved to be very flat over the past few years, but people are starting to gain a little more confidence and so now seems the perfect time to set up. “Within the first day of opening we signed up seven properties which shows the need for a comprehensive property consultant, such as Darvill Wilson, in the area.”
