The NHS and Complementary Therapy Link Hands.

Well yes, maybe a bit strong but the NHS has gone a little way towards it in the compilation of a directory of therapists, whom they have vetted, re qualifications, professional membership, insurance, and goodness knows what else but
including the area the therapist covers.

This has been made available to all NHS professionals so that should they feel a patient could be helped in this way, or maybe you’re looking for a trusted recommendation, a vetted name and means of contact can easily be found.

All the NHS professional needs to do is go to www.nhsdirectory.com
enter the treatment required and hey presto, therapists in the area come up.
Of course Complementary Treatment is not yet part of the NHS so they will charge you per session.
Note. This has only been live for a year or so, so your GP may not know of it yet
I’m there of course, which is how I know and can tell you about it.

Phil.
