In Support of North Devon Hospice, Merlin Event; Management recently organised a weekend of entertainment in the form of a ‘Medieval Extravaganza’ and a ‘Medieval Banquet’ during August.  Considering the weather was awful, the shows that were put on were absolutely brilliant and were all on time as scheduled. These included jousting on horse back, a falconry display, Robin Hood showing of his archery skills as well as other side stalls and activities for the children.
We attended the Banquet held in the main marquee on the Saturday evening, also organised by Merlin Event Management. This was just how I would imagine a banquet in the medieval times would be, with candles on the tables, live music and eating with your fingers from a bread plate.
As well as Medieval Banquets, Merlin Event Management also organises Murder Mystery Evenings, or why not make your special day one of really remember with a medieval wedding!
